We want you to love your S'well products, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack your items in the original S'well packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
